Chad Tuoro is a respected culture expert and leadership coach, known for his rare ability to transform leaders and teams from the inside out. He developed the Culture Coach programme by combining lived experience with insights from world-leading thinkers — Amy Edmondson, Patrick Lencioni, Daniel Coyle, and Adam Grant.
With a background in elite sport, Chad has been part of World Championship-winning teams, as well as Commonwealth and Olympic Games campaigns. These high-stakes environments gave him a deep understanding of what high-performance culture really looks like — and how to build it deliberately.
Bringing those hard-earned lessons into the corporate world, Chad has now trained over 200+ leaders across Aotearoa, also leading Organisational Development at Ara Poutama Aotearoa (NZ Department of Corrections) and Te Whatu Ora Hauora a Toi — Bay of Plenty and Lakes Districts.
