• 12 hours of in‑person workshops with you and your team to build clarity, trust and alignment

• Monthly 1:1 coaching sessions to support your leadership growth and decision‑making

• Mon–Thur, 9am–5pm access to your coach for real‑time support when challenges arise

• Coaching support for other leaders in your business to strengthen capability across the team

• Hands‑on help to embed actions and initiatives, ensuring change sticks and momentum continues
