Culture Coach Leadership Development
  • A 6‑month partnership designed to help leaders build aligned, high‑performing teams that thrive.

    This programme blends hands‑on facilitation with personalised coaching to create lasting change. You’ll work directly with an experienced Culture Coach who supports you, your leadership team and your wider team to lift performance, strengthen alignment and embed the behaviours that drive results.

  • A practical, energising programme designed to get your whole team on the same page — clear on where they’re going, why their work matters and what “winning” looks like.

    This experience brings leaders and teams together to build alignment, strengthen trust and create shared clarity around purpose, priorities and behaviours. By the end, your team walks away with a customised Culture Playbook that becomes their guide for how they show up, work together and measure success.

Thriving Team Culture Programme

  • 1. Team Workshops

    Includes 12‑hours of in‑person workshop where the team sets a strong foundation to building a Thriving Team Culture.

    Led by your Culture Coach, these workshops guide leaders and teams through a series of practical modules that build clarity, alignment, and shared ways of working.

    Together, the team co‑designs your very own ‘Culture Playbook’ which is a clear roadmap the team on how to build psychological safety, keep each other accountable, have funa and perform.

    Workshops are delivered in a format that best suits your team and business context, ensuring the learning is relevant, practical, and immediately applicable.

    Following the workshops, leaders are supported through three monthly coaching calls designed to embed learning and drive lasting change.

    Each session helps leaders stay accountable, troubleshoot challenges as they arise, and reinforce the behaviours and systems that underpin a thriving team culture. This ongoing support ensures the work continues well beyond the workshop environment.

  • 3. On-Demand Learning

    As part of the Culture Coach Premium experience, leaders and team members receive lifetime access to our online e‑learning modules —designed to reinforce the workshop insights and support real-world application.

    This includes the Thriving Team Culture workshop modules, targeted leadership development modules with practical tools and strategies, and wellbeing modules that support team members to be the best they can be.

    Following the workshops, you will partner with an experienced Culture Coach for six months of hands-on support.

    Your Culture Coach works alongside you, your leadership team, and your wider organisation to embed the agreed behaviours, systems, and ways of working—ensuring culture change doesn’t fade, but sticks.

    Support is tailored to your needs and may be delivered remotely or on-site. Your team has direct access to their Culture Coach between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday, providing real-time guidance, accountability, and momentum when it matters most.

    This level of support is especially valuable for leaders and teams who lack the internal capacity or expertise to drive and embed lasting culture change on their own.

  • 3. On Demand Learning
